White Balance 白平衡 ...
To be honest, I am still not very sure of how to really
effectively use white balance of the DSLR ...

ISO 640, 1/80 @ F/2.2 50mm WB=Tungsten ...
According to the manual, "Tungsten" WB – this mode is usually symbolized with a little bulb
and is for shooting indoors, especially under tungsten (incandescent) lighting (such as bulb lighting).
It generally cools down the colors in the photo ...

According to the manual, "Auto" WB – this is where the camera

Auto – this is where the camera makes a best guess on a shot by shot basis.
Tungsten – this mode is especially under tungsten lighting. It generally cools down the colors in photos.
Fluorescent – this compensates for the ‘cool’ light of fluorescent light and will warm up your shots.
Daylight/Sunny – not all cameras have this setting because it sets things as fairly ‘normal’ wb settings.
Cloudy – this setting generally warms things up a touch more than ‘daylight’ mode.
Flash – the flash of a camera can be quite a cool light so Flash WB mode you’ll find it warms up your shots.
Shade – the light in shade is cooler (bluer) than shooting in direct sunlight, this mode warm things up a little.

It does seem that a lot of experiments is needed to get in-dept appreciation of
these settings, I am sure some of you experts know exactly what to
do in each condition ...

Curious Proreka Show Car 好奇Proreka展示车 ...
Kuala Lumpur Motor Show
Dec 03 - 12, 2010
The concept car that really caught my attention in the KL Moto Show
was a small three-wheeled creation

from a Japanese industrial design company known as Phiaro Corporation ...
But what does the concept car from the Japanese designer Phiaro put in display at the
Proreka show car booth ...
as Proreka is a Malaysian Tier-1 vendor and manufacturer of
OEM and ODM automotive parts and components.
This concept car called the P67b Eternity,
is however designed by a Dutch engineer Peter Van Den Brink;
is presented with a sleek three-wheel; and along with its
tandem seating arrangement does looks like some kind of
armored land-based fighter jet with wheels (if I may put it that way) ...

and it is designed to lean into corners like a motorcycle.
The Eternity has topped out at 180 km/h (112 mph) ...
The front cabin can tilt up to 45 degrees or more (I think) while the rear-driving wheels,
which is powered by a 660cc turbocharged 4-cylinder engine lifted
from a Daihatsu Mira, remains planted to the road to dispense of the engine’s 65hp.
(I hope this information is correct, apologies if some mistakes here) ...
(I hope this information is correct, apologies if some mistakes here) ...
According to a Phiaro representative,
they are looking into building the P67b locally with the
pricetag of a Perodua Myvi,
that is if they could get financial backing and have the P67b crash tested in the first place.
Sure like to see one of these on the streets of Kuala Lumpur or
the local highways ...
