Biggest Decision in Life 人生最大的决定 ...

The other day I had a farewell dinner 
with one of my student and friend who is 10 years my junior, 
he was diagnosed with diabetes at 35 but refused 
for medication and after 2 years with better eating habit and exercise,
his last test result few weeks ago was negative
...
He left his job in a multinational organization, and decided to 
move to Australia for a new life and new beginning at 37, 
he is a workaholic perhaps like myself when I was younger 
but he now thinks that life may not be just all 
about higher salary and career advancement, 
I congratulate him and cheer for him for his new adventures
...

Too tired for another shot ...

I remember I used to be able to 
shoot on the streets for a whole day 
from dust till dawn, 
2 weeks ago in Singapore 
after only 3-4 hours, I had enough 
and this was my last shot of a building 
called the "Mustafa Center" before I 
took a taxi to head for the hotel to check-out
for my flight back to KL 
...
Mustafa Center is one of those shopping marts 
in Singapore which opens for 24 hours,
I bet the night scenes on the streets are great here
...

Classic Barbershop 经典理发店 ...

Gosh, I remember it used to be just 
Ringgit $0.80 (that is about $0.25US) for a haircut
in these Classic Indian Barbershops 
some 40 years ago, 
you can still find a few of them in both the city 
of KL and Singapore 
...
I remember having to sit on a stool placed 
on the seat so that it is high enough for 
the Barber to perform the haircut, 
gone are those days 
a basic cut in KL now cost RM$10 or US$3 
...
