addiction to the camera, street-food

as well as numerous forms of blogs readings
...
all seems to be
in-order to escape from 
the mundane of everyday life 
and 
social-interactions ...

Celebration of an accused traitor 庆祝被告叛徒 ...

As a Chinese living outside of China, 
...
I have never seen "Dragon Boat" races on this
festive day of the "Dragon Boat Festival" 
...
But there are always plenty of
glutinous rice dumplings
...

But 
It does defies logic: a mandatory national holiday
in China and HongKong
to commemorate an accused traitor, 
a loyal counsellor to the King of Chu
"Qu Yuan" (屈原)
one who opposed China’s founding dynasty? 
And we celebrate with 
dragon boat racing and sticky rice?
