just short before the 1 year-warranty;
but the distributor insist it was my fault
...
No more Benro (China) !!!
Here comes my new friend Manfrotto (Italy)
and hopefully
a longer lasting relationship 
...

I got the 498rc2 for the same price as the 486rc2,
it is a little bigger with the panning dial at the bottom
of the ball-head ...

 

 

the 190cxpro4 is carbon fibre,
it really does feel light without the ball-head on ...
