Smells of tradition and effort 传统的味道和努力 ...

If only you can smell what's cooking here ...



... on one side are sweet corns ...



... and next to it is the local fried radish cake ...



... when the order is taken,  he put onto it some eggs to stir fry and
 sprinkle a few other things into the mixture ...

it is not just Cameron Highlands, but you can find it in all
towns typically Chinese hawkers on Night Markets ...

Fried radish cake (or "Chai Tow Kway ") seems to be a 
Teochew dish, is an Asean Recipe. 
The one which you see here is the
Black version (some fried it White) as well ...
Anyhow, this recipe uses a very high ratio of radish to flour....
I don't cook, but I suppose you can check out the detail Recipe
