This photo was taken few years back when I was on assignment to Beijing. Not a beautiful day for photography but surprisingly; on that day, there were not too many tourist !
I have seen movies and documentary about the Forbidden City but walking and wondering about in this place by yourself is a very different experience as it was a place only for the untouchables.
