you probably have to chase for one that is busily flying around ...
but patience is the key as
one will usually finally stand still for you ...
I was advised on the following guideline ...
Aperture to be at least f/5 to f/8
Shutter speed at least 1/200
ISO not to exceed beyond 400
Set camera to continuous mode ...
and Focus on the eyes ...

my shot was at
f/7, 1/100, ISO 200, -2/3, Shutter priority ...
and I 'almost' followed all the guidelines recommended by
some photography expert ...
.
but
did it turn out right ...
