even the "California" Roll

The "New Style" American Sushi
seems to be flourishing outside
of Japan
and
having stayed in Japan for awhile
the "Traditional" Japanese Sushi
is really very different
...
Fusion food is made to please both
the eyes and the palette
...
and may not necessarily
good nor evil about it
...
I enjoy both
