The perfect Poached Egg 完美的荷包蛋 ...

Each one of us may have a different taste
for a perfect poached egg
...
For me, it will be when the white
is no longer runny and the egg yolk
is just beginning to harden at the edges,
encasing the lush, runny, flowing yolk
ready for a dip of a toast.

Besides the other more expensive eateries,
On the ground floor of the Marina Sands,
there is a food court where price of food
is not too bad and so much so I did
enjoyed my dinner here with
a cup of coffee
after an evening of photography here
before heading back to the hotel ...

When is your best time to have coffee 喝咖啡最好的时机 ...

For me ...
It is in the morning, and after my classes
or
some photography works ...

Here, after my lectures, I did some 3 hours of photography on the streets of Singapore
I had my cup at Funan IT mall, Singapore before going back to the hotel,
it's almost 10 pm ...

Today, I am happy ...
I enjoyed both my work and hobby
and a cup of coffee at the end of the day,
what more can I ask for ...
